We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Beauty Operations Assistant to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store's cash and stock processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of merchandise. Unpack, label, and tag products accurately and efficiently. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, including stockrooms and shelves. Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Stock Replenishment: Work closely with the management team to prioritize stock replenishment tasks. Ensure that stockrooms are adequately stocked to meet customer demands. Restock products on the sales floor promptly and maintain appealing product displays.
- Cash Operations: Accurately process customer transactions, adhering to cash procedures as per Sephora guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization in workspaces like the cash area and gift wrap.
- Customer Service: Foster client loyalty by warmly welcoming, attentively understanding, and exceeding their needs at Sephora. Share product knowledge effectively to drive sales and increase basket size.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with store associates to understand their stock needs and priorities. Communicate effectively with the management team regarding stock-related issues.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in store operations (cash and stock), or related roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and personalize recommendations based on customer needs.
