- Familiarity with law enforcement and public safety operations.
- Proficient in typing and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Experience in roles that involve public interaction.
- High School diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Knowledge of communication technologies and devices.
- Understanding of law enforcement protocols and procedures.
- Certification as an Emergency Coordinator or willingness to obtain certification in the near future.
- Experience with criminal information systems and databases.
- Proficiency in the use of surveillance technology.
