Facility Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Broadcom Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to lead our Northern Europe portfolio in a high-profile and high-paced environment. This position will be responsible for delivering day-to-day building operations, third-party contract management, capital/expenditure project management, strategic planning, and key stakeholder interface.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement facility management strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of capital and expenditure projects to improve facility efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, facilities management, engineering).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in facility management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-profile portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic solutions.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Facility/Project Management certification.
  • Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
  • Experience with M&A activity and production/fab environments.
