Drainage Contracts Manager Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Drainage Contracts Manager to oversee various drainage activities across London and Southeast. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for coordinating off-site resources, managing safe working processes, and ensuring contract performance meets standards and targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate off-site resources effectively to ensure efficient project delivery
* Manage safe working processes to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations
* Ensure contract performance meets standards and targets, addressing any performance or personnel issues as needed
* Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
* Develop, monitor, and manage works programs to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
* Price new works using contract-specific rates and handle quotations and customer management
* Monitor delivery costs and submit monthly applications for client approval
* Conduct regular site audits for quality and health and safety

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in drainage industry management, with a strong track record of delivering results
* Consistent management of safe working processes, with a focus on minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations
* Strong knowledge of drainage infrastructure, including blockage teams, Descaling, CCTV, and lining
* Possession of a CSCS card

**Benefits:**

* Competitive salary: £48,000 to £52,000 per year
