  3. Project Oversight: Manage the complete project lifecycle, including budget oversight, timeline compliance, supplier coordination, and resource distribution.

  5. Creativity and Innovation: Introduce fresh ideas and creative concepts, staying ahead of industry trends and contributing to the agency's innovative ethos.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Events, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in account management within the events and communications sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage intricate projects and diverse teams, achieving exceptional results on schedule and within budget.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage confidently with clients at all levels.
