About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care Taunton. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our adult client who communicates using non-verbal methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to our client, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with our client, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our client's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £19.67.
  • A variety of shifts to suit your lifestyle, including Tuesday and Thursday 9am-3pm and one night shift to be arranged.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with individuals who communicate using non-verbal methods.
