Senior Support Worker Job Description

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Taunton. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide day-to-day support to individuals, promoting independence and empowering them to achieve their goals
* Collaborate with the Manager to supervise and manage the residential service, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
* Allocate shifts, book training, and induct new colleagues, while supporting with supervision and medication management
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, encouraging growth and development among colleagues

* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, with a Level 3 in Health and Social Care
