About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Taunton. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, while also contributing to the day-to-day supervision and management of our residential service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and traumatic backgrounds to gain independence in their daily lives
  • Assist the Manager with shift allocation, training, and supervision
  • Induct new colleagues and support with medication ordering and financial management
  • Contribute to a dynamic team that provides a welcoming and friendly environment for our service users
