We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Prospero Health & Social Care. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with complex needs, including emotional and behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general support and 1:1 care to children and young people in a residential setting
  • Support individuals in the community, promoting independence and social skills
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child or young person
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and care
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a support work or care environment
  • Up-to-date mandatory training, including Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Infection Prevention, and Equality and Diversity
  • Safeguarding training is essential
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
