Job Title: Transport Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transport Coordinator to join our team in Thatcham. As a Transport Coordinator, you will play a key role in the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brief and debrief drivers, being the first point of contact for all drivers and ensuring all queries are fed back to.
  • Be accountable for Legal o-license compliance and for Operational excellence, including cost and service, including Peak planning/delivery.
  • Provide the highest level of customer care and finding resolutions/escalation of live issues.
  • Monitor all routes ensuring all routes are running on time and escalating to the Team Manager on shift where appropriate.
  • Effective time management to ensure the job is completed within the set time frame provided using Kronos exceptions & Schedules.
  • Conduct Daily administration tasks in relation to payroll systems, payroll queries, holidays, etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience of administration in a busy transport environment.
  • PC literate with word and excel experience.
  • Great attention to detail.
