Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our UK Customer Support team and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Be the go-to person for handling complex customer support cases and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and technology to drive better outcomes for customers.
  • Champion our company value of 'No Excuses' and work closely with other teams to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences: You have a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver outstanding customer experiences and are passionate about making a difference.
  • Curiosity and drive: You are excited to learn new things and challenge yourself to find innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience in customer support in insurance or financial services: You have at least 2 years of experience supporting customers in a consumer-facing business, ideally in insurance or financial services.
  • Trusted pair of hands: You are a trusted and reliable individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to use good judgment and critical thinking.
  • Communication effectiveness: You have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills: You are able to use data to bring insights that help identify problems and opportunities, and prioritize and deliver on improvements.
