About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in shaping their experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Manage the reception desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations efficiently.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with other departments to enhance the guest experience, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records, process payments, and handle cash handling duties.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT skills, with experience using hotel management systems and other software.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
