About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Mallory Court Hotel & Spa, Leamington Spa. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations, as well as processing payments and handling guest complaints.
  • Work closely with other departments to enhance the guest experience, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local area, in order to provide guests with accurate and helpful information.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the front-of-house team, including participating in training and development programs.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, including front desk systems and software.
