Role Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven marketing professional to become part of a well-established Fintech organization. B4B Payments is a leading global provider of B2B card issuing, offering a diverse array of payment solutions for businesses of all sizes.

We seek a proactive marketing expert with a positive mindset and a passion for creating engaging content. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and contribute significantly to our rapidly growing company.

Your creativity and enthusiasm will be complemented by a strong commercial focus. You will collaborate closely with the sales, accounts, and marketing teams, concentrating on demand generation and account development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all internal and external communications, along with direct marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and support digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads, in partnership with internal teams or external agencies.
  • Manage the creation and ongoing maintenance of the company’s websites using WordPress, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and timely content updates.
  • Develop targeted prospecting lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, create promotional emails for specific events, and design cold email campaigns to reach potential leads.
  • Implement a global content strategy aimed at building networks and enhancing brand visibility on LinkedIn.
  • Drive the development of innovative marketing campaigns for our product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance by managing the content review process, coordinating with the compliance department for all marketing materials.
  • Analyze and report on the ROI of digital platforms using a KPI dashboard to track performance metrics.
  • Maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and regular data cleansing to support lead generation efforts.
  • Schedule and manage content across social media platforms, engaging with audiences on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and marketing techniques, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the support center through the Internal System Knowledge Base, ensuring relevant materials are uploaded.

Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Exceptional research and writing abilities
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel for events
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
