About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Partner to join our Customer, Brand & Engagement (CB&E) function. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of risk and regulatory compliance across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in our risk and control environment, and develop action plans to address these gaps.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to projects, risk partners, and stakeholders on risk and regulatory matters.
  • Support reviews from Internal Audit, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, Chief Controls Office, and regulators, and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead on work and mentor colleagues to ensure adherence to risk and regulatory requirements.
About You

We are looking for someone with a strong background in risk management and regulatory compliance, who is highly organized, enthusiastic, and has excellent stakeholder and time management skills. You will have experience working in a first-line risk environment, with a good knowledge of the FCA handbook and risk management frameworks.

You will be able to analyze information, produce concise and informative reports and presentations, and provide accurate and expert risk advice. You will also have demonstrable ability to manage time effectively, display strong organizational skills, and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

A logical, inquisitive mind with an interest in regulations, policies, and processes is essential, as is the ability to think ahead and take planned action as appropriate. You will also have strong relationship management and influencing skills, to help build trust and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the business and externally.
