Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Remote People, a leading provider of innovative solutions for various industries.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide expert technical support to customers, ensuring their equipment operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site consultation, analysis of issues, maintenance recommendations, construction planning, and product training to customers.
  • Manage quality control by handling customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis, submitting analysis reports and improvement plans, and ensuring follow-up and resolution.
  • Organize technical reviews and quality analysis meetings as needed, submit analysis reports and corrective action plans.
  • Develop, enhance, and optimize technical support documents and maintenance SOPs, and conduct training sessions.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to meet customer needs, communicate effectively with customers, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in safety management during on-site customer visits, and assist in developing relevant safety operation training materials for customers.
  • Handle project-based and ad-hoc tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant professional certification.
  • 3 years or more of experience in customer service or technical support, with practical experience in mechanical operations and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in Speaking English is required.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
