Senior Consultant - Project Management and Litigation Support

As a Senior Consultant at Control Risks, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering client projects while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. You will leverage a team of junior team members to provide comprehensive round-the-clock support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients on project workflow and industry best-practices
  • Continuously monitor and manage multiple eDiscovery projects to ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage client expectations throughout the life of a project
  • Gather project requirements and ensure requirements are properly documented
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of a project relating to job tracking, specifications, and chain of custody-related documents
  • Knowledge of the EDRM protocols and implementation
  • Assist team with project administrative tasks such as monthly invoicing
  • Provide training to clients on using eDiscovery platforms
Requirements:
  • Significant experience of professional eDiscovery Litigation Support and Project Management
  • Knowledge of litigation support applications including RelativityOne
  • Data collection experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with all MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
  • Extensive working experience with RelativityOne
  • Experience managing projects in additional industry leading litigation support software helpful
