CNC Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Position Overview:
Stratton Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a committed Multi-Skilled Engineer with a focus on mechanical systems to perform maintenance, repairs, inspections, and testing of mechanical services, systems, and equipment in line with industry standards and operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machinery and other manufacturing equipment.
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Ensure optimal and safe operation of all machinery.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Mechanical or Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with CNC machinery.
- Demonstrated experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekend availability required
- Monday to Friday
