Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machinery and other manufacturing equipment.
  • Identify and rectify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions.
  • Ensure optimal and safe operation of all machinery.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Keep precise records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Mechanical or Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience with CNC machinery.
  • Demonstrated experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Weekend availability required
  • Monday to Friday
