About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Care Home Manager to lead our team at Hadley Lawns Care Home. As a trusted leader, you will be responsible for providing outstanding, personalized care to our residents, always putting their needs and wellbeing first.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and services
  • Manage all aspects of the home, including budgets, regulatory compliance, and business development
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners
  • Ensure the home operates in accordance with regulatory requirements and Bupa's standards

Requirements

  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification
  • Proven ability to make a positive difference within a heavily regulated sector, with a strong commercial acumen and strategic mind
  • Ability to develop an environment that focuses on continuous improvements
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with a confident and influential style
