The Grand Opera House, a renowned venue in Northern Ireland, is seeking enthusiastic Theatre Hosts to enhance our Front of House operations.

As a Theatre Host, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests attending various performances and events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors and assisting them with inquiries.
  • Checking tickets and guiding patrons to their seats.
  • Managing sales of programmes, merchandise, and refreshments during intervals.
  • Providing detailed information about the theatre and its offerings.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role within a busy hospitality setting.
  • Proficiency in sales, cash handling, and till operations.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
