Job Description:
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Private Client Partner/Director to join our client's expanding Private Client department in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will possess depth of experience in Private Client work, be STEP qualified, and have a proven track record of managing a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Private Client lawyers and provide guidance on complex cases
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Client law
- STEP qualification and/or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of managing a team and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
