We are seeking an exceptional Private Client Partner to lead our highly successful team in Glasgow. As a key member of our firm, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of solicitors and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects of private client work, including wills, powers of attorney, executries, trusts, estate planning, and cost of care advice.
  • Deliver high-quality legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Scottish Qualified Lawyer with 10+ years of PQE and a strong background in Private Client Law.
  • STEP qualification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
