About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Neurodevelopmental Pathway team at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Autism and ADHD teams to provide safe and effective support for children, young people, and their families.
  • Participate in the assessment and treatment of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children, young people, and their families, promoting a positive and empowering experience.
