Business Development Lead Opportunity

We are supporting a UK Defence SME in hiring a Business Development Lead to take ownership of their Land & Joint portfolio. The role will see you working directly with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and taking accountability for the Land domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development success in a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability
