Join Consensus as a Payroll Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Consensus. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll checks and analysis accurately and on time.
- Liaise with the Fourth payroll bureau to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor and respond to payroll queries in a timely manner.
- Produce and present regular reports to senior management teams.
- Process mileage and expenses claims efficiently.
- Process contract changes and check correct payments.
- Process new starters and ensure accurate RTW information.
- Check sickness pay and fit notes correctly recorded.
- Process maternity, paternity, and SAP payments accurately.
- Raise out-of-cycle payments as required.
- Assist with new system implementations and deliver training to new users.
