Job Title: Payroll Supervisor
Salary: £33,966 - £45,000 p.a.
Hours: Full time

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Supervisor to join their dynamic team in Colchester. As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient payroll operations, leading and developing the team to provide first-level advice and guidance on employee rewards, including pay and pensions.
- Manage payroll and pension submissions to maintain smooth processes.
- Provide valuable payroll support to the HR Team, advising on legislation and current pension schemes.
- Administer pension schemes efficiently, offering responsive service to members, administrators, and internal clients.
- Act as a technical advisor on rewards, payroll, and pensions.
- Reconcile pension contributions and resolve payment queries to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct monthly bank account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Utilise in-depth knowledge of pension legislation to ensure compliance and keep policies up to date.
- Prepare KPI reports to provide insights into payroll and pension performance.
- Create and maintain payroll and pension procedures for streamlined operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive senior payroll experience and effective management skills. The company offers a supportive and dynamic environment, with a commitment to training and development.
