pAre you looking for a challenging M&E Site Manager position in the Water and Utilities sectors?brbrOur client, a leading contractor working on a water and wastewater infrastructure contract, has an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical and Electrical Site Manager to join their construction team in the region.brbrWorking under the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Supervisors, delivery teams, and sub-contractors on site.brbrYou will be expected to carry out the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, quality, and performance standards, ensuring all work meets required water industry regulations and approved standards.olliYou will be accountable for SHEQ performance of Projects, including undertaking and recording findings of periodic SHEQ visits. Act as an ambassador for the company by supporting, promoting, and implementing all company and Business Unit initiatives./liliBe responsible for communicating and recording all Corporate, SHEQ, and Business Unit briefings./liliEnsure appropriate welfare is available for use and well maintained throughout the construction phase. You will ensure all site personnel hold relevant qualifications and training to carry out their duties./liliYou will be accountable for the timely completion of multiple concurrent projects, safely and within budget./liliCoordinate and liaise with suppliers, specialist sub-contractors, in-house functions, site installation, and construction teams.
