Strategic Creative Director for Retail Brands

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our client's creative vision and strategy across a diverse portfolio of retail brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute creative strategies that drive brand awareness, loyalty, and sales across various channels, including in-store, print, digital, and social media.
- Collaborate with the client's marketing team to craft innovative campaigns that enhance brand credibility and consideration.
- Lead the conceptual and strategic development of retail brands within your portfolio, pushing teams and clients to exceed expectations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders, articulating creative visions with clear, thoughtful rationale.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, art directors, and copywriters, ensuring high-quality work that meets client expectations and deadlines.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in fashion and interiors marketing, continuously innovating to differentiate brands in a competitive landscape.
- Prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively in collaboration with project management and production teams to ensure efficient workflows.
- Strong ability to develop unique, brand-aligned concepts that resonate with target audiences.
- Meticulous in maintaining brand consistency and delivering the highest quality work.
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading creative teams, preferably within the fashion sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
- Extensive experience in brand building and reappraisal, specifically within retail.
