Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Creative Director to lead our beauty and fragrance campaign launches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving newness and creativity across our brand's retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative concepts for temporary immersive retail environments, specializing in beauty and fragrance sectors.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver a successful creative and commercial balance.
- Research and propose innovative materials and processes for temporary activations, aligning with our sustainability targets.
- Develop guideline packages for global implementation and oversee visual merchandising strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to improve design strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in concept and pop design, as well as beauty and fragrance.
- Confident creative point of view and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of current market trends and competitor approaches.
- Well-organized, flexible, and adaptable, with proficiency in design software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
