About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven University Recruiter to join our team at Presidents Summit Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our recruitment strategy to attract top talent from around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, and interview coordination
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, recruitment agencies, and other stakeholders to identify and engage with potential candidates
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition to continuously improve our processes and strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding results
  • UK work permit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
