Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced University Recruiter to join our team. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our team. You will work closely with our CEO to develop and execute our recruitment strategy, and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates.
Responsibilities
• Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts, and conducting interviews
• Build a strong employer brand and attract top talent from a wide range of backgrounds
• Develop and execute a recruitment strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with our management team to improve our onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition for new hires
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding results
• UK work permit
• Proven track record of success in recruitment or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for building and executing new businesses
