Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter Associate to join our team. As a key player in building our Insurtech brand, you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts, and conducting interviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Build a strong employer brand, attracting both obvious and covert talents.
  • Improve our onboarding process in close collaboration with management.
Requirements
  • Acquired a bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results.
  • Hold a valid UK work permit.
