**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Strategic Account Director** to join our team at Presidents Summit Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and scaling our account management function.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a strategic account management plan to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and SME business owners in the financial and technology sectors.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, prioritizing and segmenting them to maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**

  • Several years of experience in account management with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to shape processes and define strategies to segment accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Structured approach to managing a portfolio of accounts and prioritizing accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing.
