Join Our Team as an Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to lead our work on public services and contribute to our ambitious Commission on Health and Prosperity.

About the Role

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for designing, leading, and managing a significant programme of research and influencing public services policy. You will represent the team at the highest levels of government, politics, business, academia, the voluntary sector, and the media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead a programme of research on public services
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Represent the team at high-level meetings and events
  • Contribute to the development of our Commission on Health and Prosperity
  • Deliver the fundraising strategy for the team

Requirements

We are looking for a creative, strategic senior practitioner with a track record of high-quality published research. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
