Public Affairs Account Director or Associate Director

EA Talent Limited is seeking a seasoned Public Affairs Account Director or Associate Director to join our team during this exciting period with a new Government in place. This role offers the opportunity to work on and grow integrated accounts across diverse public affairs sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and delivering exceptional results.
  • Service client accounts and build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Lead new business opportunities and develop business leads, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth.
  • Organise events and party conference activities, showcasing your ability to create engaging experiences.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team, providing guidance and support to help them thrive.
Requirements
  • Solid experience working in a consultancy or public/private sector, with a broad base of sector experience.
  • A strong understanding of public policy and campaigning, with the ability to adapt to different styles and develop a well-informed point of view.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proven ability to develop or direct new business leads and deliver successful pitches, showcasing your expertise and creativity.
