The Role:

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Chef to join our successful kitchen brigade. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our breakfast service, upholding our high standards of quality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure the consistent preparation and presentation of breakfast dishes according to our established recipes and standards.
  • Manage stock levels, minimize waste, and adhere to strict food safety protocols.
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials, showcasing your culinary creativity.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth.

Your Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or similar role, specializing in breakfast cuisine.
  • A strong understanding of culinary techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • A passion for food, a commitment to quality, and a desire to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Flexibility to work any 4 days a week between Monday – Sunday.
