About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Central London Community Health Trust. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical services to manage referrals and prioritize incoming requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and register new referrals, booking clinics, and updating waiting lists
  • Communicate appointment-related information to patients, carers, and health professionals
  • Make effective use of resources, reduce duplication, and ensure referrals are managed safely and efficiently
  • Provide administrative support to clinical services, including data entry, filing, and diary management
Requirements
  • Good general standard of education at GCSE level (Grade A-C) including English and Mathematics or equivalent Level 2 qualification(s)
  • Previous administration/secretarial experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Working knowledge of Patient Information Systems, including Systemone
  • Competent in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (or similar applications)
