Key Responsibilities
  • Hub Management: Oversee the management of our Hub, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff Management: Line manage staff and apply all HR-related policies and practices, including staff management, disciplinary investigations, performance management, and staff appraisals.
  • Financial Management: Manage devolved budgets in accordance with financial procedures outlined in the budget delegation.
  • Communication: Draft all external and internal communications on behalf of the Hub, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the Hub, analyzing data and producing reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Quality Service: Ensure that all services provided by the Hub meet the highest standards of quality, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and policies.
  • Training: Ability to complete specific training in their specialism once they take up post.
