  3. Customer Service: Create an inviting in-store experience and encourage the team to make friends with each customer, understanding their needs to deliver the right outcome.
  4. Operational Compliance: Manage the team and oversee the store to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment that protects people, customers, and property.
  5. Financial Management: Drive store performance against key targets and optimize service levels to achieve financial goals.
  6. Area Contribution: Make an active contribution to the wider area team, thinking bigger than personal performance to ensure business success.
  7. Projects & Initiatives: Implement projects, communicating clearly with the team to minimize disruption and ensure successful changes with customers and colleagues.

Essential Requirements:

  • Be energized by a busy shop floor and enjoy watching colleagues connect with customers.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Store management experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • People management experience.

Total Hours: 37.5hr
