Job Summary:

Flagship Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of projects from inception to completion, working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned commercial professional with a strong background in procurement and contract management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a commercial or procurement environment, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers, ensuring optimal terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to junior staff members, helping to develop their commercial skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a commercial or procurement environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects, with a strong focus on commercial acumen and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • MCIPS qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Security clearance or previous experience working with sensitive information.
