Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Healthcare Professional to join our team as an Assessment Specialist. As a key member of our DWP Assessment Team, you will play a vital role in conducting assessments for claimants, working in a hybrid work arrangement that offers flexibility and work-life balance.

About the Role:

As an Assessment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of claimants' conditions and functional impacts, using your clinical expertise to inform your conclusions.
  • Crafting comprehensive reports that justify your assessment findings and provide valuable insights into expected health condition durations.
  • Working in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Requirements:

  • You are a qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
  • You hold a valid registration with NMC or HCPC.
  • You are able to work in a hybrid work arrangement, with daytime work hours from Monday to Friday.
