We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join our rapidly expanding business in Chichester, West Sussex. Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, you will provide strong collaborative leadership within the factory, with responsibility for a 24/7, profitable, and efficient food manufacturing operation aligned to customer delivery strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop long and short-range objectives for the manufacturing unit, in collaboration with the COO and site leadership team.
- Lead the development of business operations, ensuring alignment with customer delivery strategy.
- Provide strong collaborative leadership within the factory, with responsibility for a 24/7, profitable, and efficient food manufacturing operation.
You will already have experience in:
- Business Operations: Developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Manufacturing Management: Overseeing production processes, managing supply chains, and ensuring quality control.
Excellent salary package, plus car allowance and 25% bonus. Relocation support considered for the right candidate
