Job Title: IT Director - FMCG Industry Leader

WR Engineering Recruiters is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the IT function of a prestigious market leader in the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a clear and robust IT strategy, managing projects, and ensuring system stability and performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Manage IT projects, including resourcing, financial reporting, and implementation
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and continuity
  • Negotiate contracts and manage budgetary control
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in leading an IT function
  • 5+ years of experience in a MS server environment
  • 3+ years of experience in data management and report requirements
  • Able to operate effectively in a high-volume FMCG operation
  • Possess a good understanding of latest training, learning, and development techniques
