We are seeking a Director of Experience Design to lead our design strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product goals. This role involves overseeing the creation and maintenance of the design system, managing a team of designers, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall design strategy for the company.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive design system.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric designs.
- Oversee the design process from concept to execution.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
