Regional Health Director Job Description

At HDR, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare design solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Health Director to lead our health sector team in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and develop the health architecture practice in the UK.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with health organizations, construction managers, and financers.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality projects and services.
  • Monitor and report on marketing progress, performance indicators, and budgets.
  • Participate in professional organizations and activities to further the firm's brand and relationships.
Requirements:
  • Professional degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, with at least 2 years of management experience.
  • Proven business development experience in the health design industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in leading and growing a health team.
  • Proven success in consulting and developing targeted market and client strategies.
  • Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of the local health market.
