Job Title: Manufacturing Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to join our team at Realise HR Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of manufacturing professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, engage, and coach the team to achieve exceptional performance and productivity.
  • Ensure the quality of products is of the highest level and identify and implement corrective actions to prevent defects.
  • Manage and oversee all manufacturing operations, including resource allocation, labor management, and production planning.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide clear expectations, training, and developmental opportunities to direct reports to ensure motivation and effective performance.
  • Manage team performance, conflict, and resource allocation to ensure production is not compromised.
  • Compile and analyze data for reporting and attend relevant meetings to escalate any issues.
