**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality marketing campaigns and events to support the company's growth and expansion in the UK and Ireland.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Use data insights to inform decision-making and execute high-quality campaigns and events for a market segment aligned closely with the overall marketing and business objectives for the UK & Ireland.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing events, digital, outbound sales, and social media.
  • Deliver marketing initiatives, executed within budget, logistics, timelines, and vendor management.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working in a large matrix organization and experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Track record of developing, executing, and measuring campaigns and events.
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously.

**What We Offer:**

  • 12-month contract with a likelihood for extension.
  • Salary between £55-£64k per year inside IR35 PAYE.
  • Hybrid 50% onsite London.
