We are seeking an individual who possesses a strong passion for data analysis and the ability to effectively communicate insights through compelling presentations. You will play a crucial role in influencing business outcomes by engaging with stakeholders from various levels, including the COO, Executive Committee, external partners, and regulatory bodies.

The Performance and Planning team provides essential support to the COO and the Executive Committee, delivering insights and materials that reflect the performance of our operational channels. Our team is composed of dynamic and proactive professionals who collaborate to highlight the COO's performance, integrating our commercial expertise.

Key Responsibilities
The Performance Reporting Manager will assist the Performance and Planning team in producing polished and regular reports concerning our customer channels, Primary Corporate Objectives, strategic indicators, and progress towards our strategic goals.

This role involves taking ownership of specific reporting components. You will not only analyze and challenge the data but also leverage your findings to creatively develop high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders in the most effective formats.

You will also be encouraged to cultivate collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of business performance and its determinants.

Qualifications

• Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities, with a strong aptitude for data interpretation.

• Proficient in communicating performance insights, both through presentations and written reports.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.

• Ability to provide a comprehensive overview of COO performance.

• Skill in identifying and gathering relevant observations, data, and facts related to the reported functions.

• Expertise in interrogating data to derive new insights.

• Logical reasoning skills to identify performance-related issues.
