We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a Senior Financial Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic financial planning and analysis support to our Commercial Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes and tools to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Finance teams to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business planning and performance management.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Commercial Finance teams, Cost Centre of Excellence, and Investor Relations teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
